Two school boards will meet tonight for their reorganization meetings.
The Indiana School board is scheduled to meet at 7:00 tonight for its only scheduled meeting for the month of December. Along with the reorganization meeting, the board will hold a regular voting meeting afterwards. On the agenda for that meeting is the approval to complete a survey of the Eisenhower school property and the approval of Buchart Horn Architects for programming, review and planning work at Eisenhower. The board will also handle one budget matter at the meeting tonight, with a motion to approve a resolution that they will not increase taxes beyond the 3.7 percent index calculated by the state department of education for the 2021-2022 school year. The board meeting will be held virtually at 7:00 tonight.
Purchase Line School Board will also hold a reorganization meeting tonight at 7:00. That will be followed by a Committee of the Whole work session. A proposed agenda for that meeting has not been published. The meeting will also be held virtually at 7:00 PM.
