BURRELL TOWNSHIP
Police are investigating an incident involving a gun last month in Burrell Township. It happened on October 21st at Heybert Drive and Windsor Way when police say a homeowner tried to scare off three people from Gordonsville, Virginia by firing a gun. The victims are a 45-year-old woman, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl.
WEST WHEATFIELD TOWNSHIP
A man has been charged with strangulation for an incident Friday afternoon at a home along Gamble Road in West Wheatfield Township. State police say 31-year-old Bradley Borg of New Florence is accused of strangling and punching a 25-year-old woman and damaging a laptop computer. A 41-year-old woman is also listed as a victim.
CENTER TOWNSHIP
28-year-old David Glance of Black Lick was charged with public drunkenness after a disturbance Friday morning at a location along Red Barn Road in Center Township. Police say Glance was “manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance.”
WHITE TOWNSHIP
32-year-old Jennifer Patterson of Clymer will be charged with retail theft after police say she loaded up a shopping cart with merchandise Saturday morning at the White Township Walmart and fled the scene without paying for anything.
