State police say an Indiana man was contacted in connection with a retail theft investigation on September 29th and was taken into custody because a search revealed an outstanding warrant from another state. 33-year-old Jason Wagner was placed in the Indiana County Jail, with bond set at $2,500 for the retail theft, and was also held for the out-of-state warrant.
State police say a Blairsville woman has been charged with retail theft for allegedly taking about $417 worth of toy and craft items from the White Township Walmart store on September 28th. 30-year-old Andrea Frantz is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on November 3rd.
