State police are investigating two incidents involving young people and questionable material on social media.
Police say a 15-year-old Indiana boy sent a nude picture of himself to a 14-year-old Indiana girl on February 26th. The boy will face juvenile charges.
Police are also looking into the dissemination of intimate material, reported by the parents of a Center Township child on Tuesday. The parents were concerned about the Facetime/Snapchat conversations between their child and another child.
Other police reports include:
- State police are investigating the theft of two video game systems from the home of a 59-year-old Black Lick man. An X-Box and a Sony Playstation Three were stolen between 3 o’clock and 4 o’clock on Sunday afternoon.
- A woman living in the Byron Court development reported to state police that two unknown individuals entered her apartment on February 26th and demanded her cat. They left when they could not get into a locked bedroom. There is no description of the suspects.
- Indiana Borough Police are seeking witnesses to an incident involving a sign at the Keys Montessori School in the 100 block of South 7th Street. The sign was damaged and moved from its location on the grass at the school sometime before 12:30 AM yesterday.
