There are seven jury trials scheduled to get underway in Indiana County Court today, but three of them will wait for Plea Court on Friday.
Among those still on the schedule today is the trial of 42-year-old Len Marshall Lydic of Clymer, who is charged with criminal trespass for a break-in last September in Clymer. He was caught exiting a garage along Morris Street when the property’s owner arrived home.
Also facing jury trials today are:
- 50-year-old Antoinette Zack of Clymer, who is charged with six counts each of simple assault, terroristic threats, and recklessly endangering another person.
- 20-year-old Fodie Camara of Indiana, who is charged with misdemeanor possession and resisting arrest.
- 69-year-old Rudolph Joseph Vrbanic of Creekside, who is charged with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct
The Plea Court cases are those of:
- 43-year-old Joseph Ondo, who is charged with four felony offenses – two each for statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors – in a case involving a 14-year-old girl last June at his home in Clymer.
- 34-year-old Mark Anthony Bower of Kittanning, who is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and three traffic violations.
- 36-year-old Kenneth Alan Ashley Jr. of Indiana, who is an inmate at SCI Rockview in Bellefonte. He’s charged with defiant trespass despite a notice of no trespassing.
