A public meeting concerning the long range transportation and development plan for the Southwestern PA Region will be held on Thursday.
The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, a regional planning agency serving a ten county region, will have the meeting Thursday from 5-7 PM at the Indiana County CareerLink. This open house forum is designed to gather input and facilitate discussion on the plan. Participants will be encouraged to talk about particular projects or needs in their communities, discuss investment priorities, and prioritize strategies to address regional issues.
The long range transportation and development plan is how the regional vision can connect with the region’s official program of projects, programs and actions.
