The 39th Annual Teddy Bear Fund Drive to benefit Indiana Regional Medical Center’s Pediatrics and Children’s Hospital’s Free Care Fund kicked off earlier this morning at the IRMC Cafeteria.
The annual kickoff broadcast featured B.C. Taylor as a guest. He is leading the band for the “Feel The Love: Celebrating a B.E. Taylor Christmas” concert that’s taking place December 18th at the KCAC. B.C., who is B.E.’s son, said that this concert is one he’s looking forward to. He said that the crowd’s interactivity with the band in prior years when his late father would bring the show to Indiana made it a great atmosphere, and with the show benefiting the Teddy Bear Fund Drive and children’s healthcare in our region, the show is better than a win-win situation.
Indiana Regional Medical Center CEO Steve Wolfe said during the show that their OB and their Pediatric Departments are a vital part to the community.
